IRREGULAR PERIODS CLOTTING SPOTTING

I am 28 and got my tubes tied sixy years ago. My last period was a day late and the first day was nothing but spotting, the second day was heavy clotting, the third day went back to nothing but spotting and then it was over. I usually have the same 28 day cycle lasting 5 days. This month my period was 2 days late and the first day was spotting and the second day heavy clotting. I have sharp pains in my breast too. I haven't got to the third day yet. [url]Anyone have any clue about this? Question

This is the first time this has ever happened to me. Normally since on birthcontrol my cycle has been fine, but this week 2 days of spotting then nothing. I am used to at least 2 days of heavy and lasting for about 5 or so days. My Fiance and I are concerned. What should I do?[/quote]
