it is possible to get pregnant again soon after an abortion. i'm not sure if you would really feel the symptoms yet. but you are not supposed to have sex that soon after. you can get an infection. that can cause you to never be able to get pregnant. even after i had a d&c, which is very similar to an abortion, my husband and i had to wait a few weeks to resume having sex to try to concieve again.
