IS IT REALLY WARTS? R SUMTHIN ELSE? HELP!!!!!!

Hi everybody, well ima 18 yr old female who as of now is truely wild n out...I'm so depress and confused.well u see about a couple of months ago I notice I had some tiny skin color bumps on my vagina one was kinda long like a vertical line next to tha clitoris area and some under the vaginal hole kinda near the anus...my mom said that mayb it could a been me not washin properly when takin a shower,so I took a bath and wore loose clothin that nite n went to sleep the nex mornin they cleared up but soon they came back.I had a pap smear done and asked my doctor while down there what were those bumps and he said I had nothin to worry about I got my pap smear and I was told it was fine the only thing they found was cylmydia(I doubt I spelled that right)and I think they found that in my urine test I believe. Well ever since I been trying my own remedies thinking maybe monistat cream would help or some itching cream even though it was itching nor irritable.they went down but once again came back this time kinda whitish (I guess from the cream I kept putting on it) I went toa free clinic and they told me it was genital warts!!!! Is it really? I'm soo scared, the other day my boyfriend played with me down there with his fingers(kind of embarass to dicuss all this I'm sorry and to add, my boyfriend got tested for everything and he's clean)I didn't clean myself this time after he was done I fell asleep and the next day it was more bumps!!!they started clearing up on there own.before that I used the aldara for 4 weeks and nothing happen I went to another free clinic and they said the same thing warts!!! And gave me more cream they didn't even give me a pap smear I mean shouldn't it have read abnormal the first time?...I know this is long I'm soo scared its bad enough I have m.s and diabetes so my immune system is extremely low...is it really warts??? I doubt it would go away thing come back like that it kinda resemble molluscum I figured maybe it is, since my boyfriend shaves his bread I don't know I'm sooo depress I hope some one reads this and help me out

wow it was ment to find your ad im 22 with m.s and i also found out i had gential warts did u find out if u had it?

We'll I went to tha doctor n she said it was warts...I took aldara and it went away at least the outside part...my doctor sed I had one lesion in the vaginal hole so I don't know if that left I still think I also have follicles because the otha bumps haven't left and I used aldara for a while...we'll I have a apt on the 29th of sept so hopefully everything goes well..my doctor also told me to b careful at what I do due to me havin m.s and diabetes my immune system is really low so it would be real easy for me to catch sumthin....
