IS TRIMBIA REALLY A SCAM?

Hello there i was just wondering if anyone has seeked medical advice from there doctor before starting the weight loss program it would be interesting to know what you were told from there GP and if and one who has been taking Trimbia has had any side affects from taking the tablets??? I would love to hear more! Thanks

I recently received a flyer about ''equitrim" is that the same as this trimbia????I"m confused. I couldn't find anything about equitrim online but the flyer did have a number and website[which I left the flyer at work]. . I'm very skeptical about trying it. I'd love to lose the weight[and have tried diets, diet pills, workouts...seems like EVERYTHING] with NO sucess!!!!!! thanks to everyone for the advise you've all given....
