|

Hi All,
I am 23.... just started having sex recently. And since then i feel like having sex everyday. Not just feel like it , actually i am doing it .Three times in few hrs
Sometimes i just wonder if its healthy or not to have sex that often. Can anyone answer my this question? I heard form my friends that it is not good for your health to have too much sex.
Also how many times on average you should have sex (let say in a week ).Does anyone have any idea? .....i know it may sound stupid.....but i am just curious
Thanks, Lily |

I was having the same question; that is how I came across this. Of the few answers I read I got:
- If sex is interfering in a negative way with your daily life, work, or social life; or is a cause of irrational decisions. Then is unhealthy. It can be dangerous and deadly.
- If you are happy with your life having a great time, enjoy it.
- However, you might be using sex as an escape for other deeper problems. In which case you are unhappy with aspects of your file and use sex as an escape. Then sex can be addictive and get you in troubles. |

I would imagine that as long as you don't develop any kinds of rashes, infections, etc. that there isn't anything BAD that can come of having too much sex... so long as you're using protection of course. And of course, too much sex in odd positions might cause (this is pure speculation though) joint problems, muscle strain, etc.
In any case, if its not doing any harm, I don't think there is 'too much'. |
