There is “Trich”, you probably just misspelled it. It stands for Trichomoniasis, which is a protozoan parasite called Trichomonas vaginalis.

It is a sexually transmitted disease, which means that you acquire it by having an unprotected intercourse. In women, it invades vagina and in men urethra.
Women experience yellow-green or gray vaginal discharge, pain or discomfort during intercourse, bad vaginal smell, and painful urination. It may also start to itch. Men have trouble urinating and may notice white discharge.

This std is treated with Metronidazole and both partners need to undergo treatment, although the other person has no visible symptoms. This is so they wouldn’t pass the disease to one another all over again.
