I HAVE A SMALL FLUID FILLED BLISTER ON THE TIP OF MY PENIS I NOTICED A FEW DAYS AGO THAT THE SKIN ON THE TOP OF MY PENIS WAS DRY AN A LITTLE BIT FLAKEY ONLY PAIN I HAVE IS WHEN SOMETHING PUSHES DIRECTLY ON THE BLISTER WHAT IS IT ????

Fluid filled blisters are normally associated with herpes. If you could visually detect it was fluid filled then their is a very likely chance that it is genital herpes. The fact that you have no pain, leaves the possibility that it is not. I suggest you see a doctor asap while it is still there. He or she can tell you with 95% accuracy on visual inspection.
