I Have Symptoms Similar to Strep Throat, But I Think I Have

I've had this for two and one half days now. It all started with a headache and minor nausea but I thought I might feel better the next morning. The next day, I woke up feeling weak, I still had a headache and a loss of appetite and a small fever (99 degrees Fahrenheit). As the day went on, I began to feel better but this morning I had a painful sore throat and the same symptoms I had the day before. Also today I had a stuffy nose and drainage. I recall experiencing these symptoms the last time I had strep throat (four years ago). I thought this was pretty strange because I had just recovered from a cold two weeks ago. Could I have strep again or possibly something else?
