I Have Zit Looking Things On My Tongue And They Hurt Really Badly. I Would've Tried To Remove Them, But I Couldn't Find The Tweezers. It's Like My Taste Buds Turned Inside Out. What Are They? Can I Pull Them Out? Can I Get Rid Of Them?
