I Have some signs, but last test was negative? I'm so confus

About two weeks ago I had what I thought could be that implantation bleeding, I had light bleeding for like two days out of no wear. Now I am feeling like my stomach is bigger but I am not gaining any weight, maybe I am just freaking out. I took a pregnacy test (equate) about 3 days ago and it was negative. But it was before my missed period so I'm not sure if its correct. And today I started to bleed and I'm not sure if it's my period or not. Does anyone have any ideas?
