I M WORRIED AND SCARED....CAN PLZ ANYONE ANSWER

Hi ,
This is my first baby .......I got my pregnancy test done 2 days ago and it came out positive .the doc said that i may be approx 5-6 weeks preg and asked me to get an ultrasound done which is to be done tomorrow.
yesterday afternoon ,i noticed that there is a brown discharge in my uw...dark brown in color and there were two drops of it.and in the night it start bleeding.the bleeding is light but it is very dark brown in color.is this spotting?i dont have any cramps or pain in my abdomen.is it a good sign or is this a sign of miscarriage?why is this happening.Plz help i am scared and i dont want to lose my baby.........

pleaes dont worry too much.
Spotting is very common in the early stages of pregnancy and as you have no abdominal pain it doesnt sound like a miscarriage! When you go for your ultrasound tell them whats wrong and they will be able to distinguish whether or not it is anything serious.
