I have three redish bumps near the base of my penis. I have never had sex, but I do masturbate often. Is this genital herpes?

no, definitley not, hepres is a sexually transmitted disease, bumps around the penis are quite common, could be penile papules, fordyce spots

if you're worried so much then i'd advise a trip to the doctor to be on the safe side but its definitley NOT herpes if you're not sexually active
