Hi, I Suffer From Motion Sickness Every Time when I travel by bus or car. The problem is that I have to visit my father at least once in 15 days, because he’s sick and alone. He lives 150 km away, and there’s no other option but to travel by bus. Can you give me some tips how to reduce this motion sickness?

Hi, I also suffer from motion sickness, and it makes my life difficult. I have to travel often because of my job. I could quit, but I have two children to take care of. I tried everything, but I didn’t find a way to cure motion sickness. I can only reduce it with drugs, for example with Dramamine or Bonine. They are effective only when I’m having a short trip. I think they could help you, because you probably don’t need more than 2-3 hours for 150 km. However, if you want to go on a longer trip, you should try Transderm-Scop. It is available in the form of a patch, and has some side effects like drowsiness and dry mouth. Those drugs have always relieved my motion sickness.
