I am Trying to fall pregnat and I am breastfeeding
I need help onto how I can fall pregnant. My baby is 5 month old. I am starting to wean him and I only breastfeed at night. I am wanting to fall pregnant rather soon but I have not started menstrating again. Is there any way that I can fall pregnant? If I can how will I know when I am ovulating?

while breast-feeding, you are not as fertile as you would normally be, expecially if you are exceptionally lean/thin. In the past, long lactation periods in thin women was used as a form of birth control. This is because the hormones required to get your cycle back in check are not being produced...I beleive my science is flawed, but the basic principle is correct. Your best chances of getting pregnant will be after your child is weaned and you return to a normal ovulation and menstrual cycle
