I,am addict of coughsyrups with codiene phosphate and tablet

2 tell i.e, I,am an addict of cough syrups with codiene phosphate and tablets with salt alprozolam plz tell me idea of their curses I have to face after leaving them off.Could I leave them on my basis without any medical help?

You absolutely need a doctors help to quit alprazolam, you could suffer seizures. If you were just taking codeine, and not the alprazolam a benzodiazapine, you could ween yourself off the codeine over several weeks. A doctor wouldn't be necessary if you are strong enough mentally.
