I am bleeding again and again! HELP!

OK. it is normal to bleed the first time you have sex since the hymen tears. is it normal to bleed AGAIN when you get fingered after 3-4days? how to stop this?! the first-time was very brief.. it lasted just 3-4 mins!

REALLY WORRIED! WHY IS IT BLEEDING AGAIN? is the hymen half torn? and will having sex again totally tear the hymen and make things better? or will it be worsE?
