I am bleeding time 14 day witn abdominal pain, light and hea

i am a 28 y/o female that just had a baby ten weeks ago. I have two other children and all the pregnancies were normal with normal deliveries. Since having my third child I have had two normal periods. But about two weeks ago I got another period. This one seems to include abdominal pain, light and heavy bleeding with clots. I haven't been sexually active since I had the baby.I do not have a fever nor chills and was tested in my local emergency room and my pregnancy test came back negative.
Please help me. My pcp's nurse said it was normal and I do not think it is am I crazy.

it seems to be a normal period to me. if it really bothers you, make an appointment with your doctor to see if there is anything you should be worried about. i personally don't think it's anything to worry about, but you know your body better than anyone else.
