Hello! I'am due for a cataract surgery and am so scared. I don’t know what can I expect? Is it hurt or not? How long will I be in the hospital? How long before I can see after surgery? What about anesthesia? Please, anybody with experience help me! Thank you!
You don’t need to panic! I had it last year and I’m still alive. Cataract surgery isn’t painful and it will be done very fast. You will be under local anesthesia. But don’t worry, you won’t feel anything. You can go home few hours after surgery and you will see well the day after surgery.
