I am going crazy with persistant UTI

Hi, I can’t get rid of UTI infection, and don’t know anymore how to fight it. My doctor says that I need to keep in warm and to avoid sitting on cold, but I am usually indoors. What to do?

Hi, if you can’t get rid of persistant UTI infection, you need to take combination of antibiotics and to take it even when you feel that your symptoms are gone. In order to ensure that all bacteria are killed you need to take whole course of antibiotics. I suggest you to do antibiogram and determine precisely to which antibiotic bacteria are susceptible. Try to add cranberry and bearberry tea, juice or as dietary supplement to your diet, since they have powerful in treatment of urinary infections. Certainly, you need to look after yourself and not to stay in cold or wet places.
