I think I’m going insane. My 2 year old child with tantrums at least 6 or 7 times a day.
I’m frustrated and exhausted. Is there anyone to help me with some good advice over this?
Hi! With your frustration you’re only worsening the tantrum situation, the only thing you get is more tantrums. The main rule here is not to get frustrated, or upset. These tantrums are actually a normal phase in the development of your toddler. Tantrums are the way he expresses his frustration with some situation he can not control. You need to try to calm him with talking, with trying to understand why he is upset. As I said it’s probably only a phase that won’t affect on his further development.
