I am having headaches all day every day

Hi, I chipped my secound to last tooth at the bottom of my mouth in feb. That july, I started having severe headaches 24/7 for about a week. I couldnt figure out what the problem was because I took every kind of med. you can think of, on the 7th day the pain eased up, then I ate some hot peach cobbler and it started back up very bad. I figured out it was my chipped tooth and put some ambesole on it and it stopped right away! I still know it needed 2 b fixed, so this Feb. I had a root canal and a temp. filling put in. Everything was fine until 2 days later my headaches came back and ive had them 4 about a week. What could be the problem? Someone said it could be my wisdom teeth were affected from the pressure of the filing or the tooth that wasn't fixed right. Can anyone please help me figure this out. Why did I start back having these headaches after they did the root canal???
