Hi, I am 28 years old and I am suffering from anxiety since my mother died last year. It was tremendous shock for me and couldn't accept that she is gone. Soon after she died I have started to experience panic attacks, shortening of breath and other symptoms. I am afraid to leave my house because I am afraid that something bad may happen to me. I don't know what to do.

Hi, my friend also had similar problem several years ago and I have spent much time with him talking and helping him to overcome this problem. You have to realize you have to continue with your life and nothing bad can happen to you. I suggest you to find some friend to make you company until you feel safe enough to leave your house alone.
