I am over a month late and my breasts itch

For about two to three weeks now, my breasts have been really itchy. I am almost a month and a half late on my period but don't feel pregnant. What could this mean? I wish I was pregnant but could this be from me worrying about it so much? Twisted Evil Embarassed
