I am taking birth control but I am expariencing alot of breast tenderness.

I am taking birth control but my last period was 2 weeks ago and only 2 days long (not normal for me). I am noww experiencing alot of breast tenderness. I can only sleep on my side. Is there a possibility that I can be pregnant?
