I am taking birth control pills, but am having a period whil

I am 18 and have been on the pill for nearly 2 years. Last month I missed 2 pills on consecutive days, near the end of the packet, and my period came a few days earlier and lasted right to the end of starting the next packet. About 2 weeks into the new packet I appear to be having a period, but I am still taking the pills, why is this??

Could I be pregnant (my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex after I missed pills) or have cervical cancer etc???

Please help, I am really worried!!
