Hi. I am 24 years old. My Mom died when I was 6, and my father is very ill. I am taking care of my younger sibling. I have no time to take care of myself. I am really nervous and depressed. What to do?

Hi. I am taking care of my baby sister since our parents died in a car accident. I am 25 years old and my sister is 10. It is hard to raise a child. I am still a child. But things are now easier than 4 years ago when she was 6. I cook and wash, she cleans. It is kind of a fun I guess. I miss my parents very much. We have no other relatives, our grandmas and grandpas are dead, and I am the only family she has.
