I been having some problems and i need to know if i am pregn

I am on birth control but i was on it a little less then 30 days when i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. about a week in a half or 2 my boobs started hurting! it feels like my glands are swollen on both of my boobs i been having a discharge first it was brown now its clear but i havent stoped my birth control because i really dont want to miss my pills but i started to spot like i just started my period but i shouldnt even start for another few days because i am on my birth control. do you think i am pregnant? should i stop my birth control?
