Hi, I am 24 years old and in good health. I am at my ideal weight and body fat. I'm 5' 7" and 135LBS. I excersice regularly and am very active. My entire life I have played sports. But I am always tired. I get plenty of sleep and have tried every way to be a morning person and wake up. It doesn't matter if I get 6,8,10 or 12 hours of sleep at night I can't wake up in the morning. I have been like this since I can remember. My family used to tease me about it but now that I am older it affects my job because I am chronically late. It doesn't matter what time I go to bed. I have tried to go to bed and get up at the same time in the mornings for two months straight to create a "Habit". Nothing is working for me. I really need help or suggestions on things I could do or if I need to see a doctor? Thank you for any help you can be.

I have the same problem when I am not working and have responsibilities that could be postponed.
However, when I work I always get up on time.

Are you tired, can't wake up or don't feel like waking up?

You yourself can only break this by getting up when the alarm rings!!!!

See your GP for a blood work!
