Sometimes I feel like I am on some heavy drugs! I just can't slow down and I know that the reasons are anxieties that are slowly taking over my mind. I am scared about everything and that is making me constantly nervous and jumpy. I always worry what will happen not today, but in next hour! I know that I will have to start using some medications, but I am afraid even of that!
You have to realize that medicaments are here to help you. Yes, there might be some unwanted complications with side effects, but that is just something you will have to deal with if you want to get better (of course if side effects are really serious you should stop with the therapy). So, even though afraid, help yourself, go to therapies, take meds, you will get better!
