Hi, I didn’t enjoy sex, and it hasn’t happened to me before? Is this wrong? I am under great stress and barely have time to relax.

Hi, if you wok too much and can’t escape from worrying, then it is probably the reason why you are not enjoying sex either. Maybe, you are getting some pleasure from bringing sexual pleasure to your partner. I feel totally turned on when I manage to bring pleasure to my partner. I believe that you should take a bath, add essential oils and salts to the water, in order to get relaxed. Do the things that can make you feel good and enjoy what you are doing. Also, ask your partner to do what makes you feel good, so you can both try to solve this problem.

mabe you didnt enjoy it because you are not ready or your body is not ready just relax and when your ready you can get busy again if you feel like it... this is nomal to not enjoy it its ok |
