Well, I think that it is finally time for me to see a doctor. For the last year, I have been a sole witness of a change that went from mild and occasional concerns up to full time 24 hours a day anxieties and fears. And they are mostly related to future and its aspects. The situation has gotten worse to the point of me dreaming about being anxious...
You are right; it is time for you to seek some doctor's help. Maybe you will only need several therapeutic sessions, but perhaps the problem is somewhat more complicated. But I guess you will not know that until you talk to the doctor. There are also medicaments that you can use in order to improve your mental health. There are options, you have to choose one!
