I've been diagnosed with IBS and am in the process of self-treatment of the disorder. What has helped you with your IBS symptoms? I'm nauseous, have horrible gas and am so bloated I look like I'm pregnant. I'm looking at dietary changes first so I don't need help with that. What I would like help with is learning if there is any medication I could take to relieve my symptoms till I have the dietary changes in place.
