| Hi, I realize that hot flushes can occur at any time in the middle of the night or in the middle of the grocery store. No time schedule, no pattern. However, I also found that air conditioning is helpful with flashes. Sometimes I can predict when it starts and I am searching air conditioner to stand under it. It helps. What is your experience? |

| Yes, darling. I know exactly what you are saying about. I am trying to do the same. As soon as I feel that is coming, just get under. In addition, I watch what I eat and drink, practice paced respiration and try to relax as much as I can. With time, hot flushes are lighter and lighter. |
