I am a bit confused about white marks I found on my husband’s laundry. Which std causes white secretion in male? Or what else could it be if not std? I haven’t asked him anything yet. He didn’t complain recently about such problems.

Whitish discharge from the penis can be due to certain genital infection. My husband had white thin discharge and difficult and painful urination when had trichomoniasis. He also had painful ejaculation. We both visited doctor, although I had no symptoms. It is more likely that women suffer symptoms and men to be asymptomatically infected, but it was opposite situation in our case. Ask him about that, or visit you gyn first. Don’t leave it undiagnosed and untreated. It could also be his normal (precum) discharge.
