Please help. I have been getting a charley horse sensation beneath my arms on my sides. My arms also fall asleep, my muscles underneath my shoulder blades hurt and tingle, I have a difficult time standing up straight because of the pain, and now my lower back is starting to hurt. I am not overweight and I am only 29. I have had back pains for more than 5 years, but it has always been bareable. Know I feel like I just can't handle it. What can this be? Who should I see for a good diagnosis?
