I get achy in the mornings after Avonex injections!Anyone else?

I have been recently diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I started to use Avonex three weeks ago. I get achy in the mornings after Avonex injections! Anyone else? I know that this medication has a lot of side effects but I’m not sure that it’s one of them. I’m little worried.

Well, you should know that symptoms like flu are likely to occur usually at the start of therapy. You can feel tiredness, muscle aches or even you may have a fever. I had these symptoms when I started to take Avonex last year. You can use over-the-counter medications for pain and fever.
