| I wonder what have we women, do to deserve this kind of suffering. I get rushes of adrenaline, night sweats, tingling in extremities, dry vagina, anxieties, sudden crying, muscle tension, irregular sleep, headaches, did I mention mood swings? Sorry if I did not say all of them, I cannot remember right now. I do use some medications, antidepressants, but, they help only with some symptoms, not all. And I know that this whole situation is natural, but why does it have to be like this? |

| Perimenopause and menopause are stressful periods in a womans life. I do not claim to know how it actually is, but I have seen the changes my mother went through. It was not easy for her, and we all suffered from her behavior. We never told her that, but I guess she figured it out herself. I mean, one minute she was ok, next she was crying for no apparent reason. Not to mention the physical symptoms. I really felt sorry for her; we were supportive as much as we could. The only good thing is that it stops. Eventually. |
