I got my period and then it stopped

I just had a baby 4 months ago. I breast fed for the first 10 weeks, and then switched to formula. I got a period last month for the first time since I had the baby. I now have not had another since then? Is this normal or should I be concerned?

After having a baby it can take some time for your cycle to normalize. If you still don't have a period for another week take a pregnancy test and speak to your doctor.

My baby was born in November and I had my periods in December. He is now 5 months old and I am still breatfeeding him but I have not got my periods again.
I did a test in February and it was negative. It is now April, should I do another test?
