Hi! I had a miscarriage year ago. I got pregnant again. Now I worry about this pregnancy. My doctor told me that there is no reason for concern, everything is ok. Does anyone have similar experience?

Hi! You shouldn’t worry. Most women experience miscarriage and they go on to have happy healthy children. My sister had a miscarriage, now she has beautiful 4 month old daughter. You should have positive thoughts about your pregnancy. You should eat healthy, don’t lift anything heavy, and take care about yourself and your pregnancy. If you had once miscarriage, that doesn’t mean that you will have again. Everything will be ok. Don’t worry!
