I had an ER visit and there they found an ovarian cyst

I have a question regarding a ovarian cysts on my right ovary and a mature follicle on my left ovary.

Ok I was wondering if I could be pregnant because of all of these symtoms that I have been having and since I had all of these taking place on same month I am very confused how could I have ovulated on both ovaries in the same cycle. That's what my gyn told me that the cyst they found during the u/s was a corpus leteal cyst and that I was about to ovulate from the other ovary. Has this happen to anyone and gotten pregnant that same month.
