Hi. I am 6 months pregnant. I had an ultrasound today. Some spots appeared on baby`s head. I heard about Mongolian spots and I am really worried now. Help!

Hi. I don`t think your unborn baby has Mongolian spots. Mongolian spots are bluish, and mostly located at the base of the spine, on the shoulders, arms and legs, but rarely on the head. Also, Mongolian spots are rare among Caucasin, but common among Asian and African races. Mongolian spots are simply birthmarks. Maybe you have seen soft spots?
