I had my gallbladder out a week ago, and still no weight gai

I had my gallbladder out about a week ago and I'm only 17 years old. I've always had a problem with my weight and I can't seem to gain any weight. Since I've had it out I've lost 8 pounds. Im 5ft 4in and 118 pounds. I know that I should be at the weight I was before hand but I cant find anything to eat that makes me gain weight...I need some help.
