Yes, there is a possbility of becoming pregnant. Slimmer than if he had discharged inside of you but you could be.
Depending on when this occured you can use the morning after pill up to five days after intercourse and is avaialable through clinics or your doctor. As you did not give proper dates I can't properly answer the question.
When did this occur.

pre-cum. you have a chance of getting pregnant yes, but as sing_bitch said, less of a change of getting pregnant if he cum inside of you. chances are pretty low of you being pregnant. btw. if you dont want to get pregant use protection!
