I hate when the palpitations start

Sometimes, I wonder what happened to me so drastically in the past few years that I had to end up with anxieties and even heart problems. Unfortunately, it looks like these two are even related and when the fear attacks are intensive, palpitation starts too, and I hate when that happens. But, I guess that is something that cannot be dealt with without medications.

You are right. And you should address a doctor because the problem you have mentioned does not seem like a mild one. Anxieties could be dealt with therapies, perhaps even without meds, but I am not so sure about those palpitations, that requires more attention. And the bad thing is, it looks like anxieties are causing physical problems and that is far from good.
