| Ive been masterbating ever since I was about 12 years old , well basically since i got my first pubic hair.. I love sex and everything about it. But in the past few years Ive noticed that I sometimes dont last that long during sex , sometimes it will be like 2 min and other times it will be like 30 min and once in a great while it will be like 1 hour . ive noticed i last longer with alchol , i also noticed ive last longer with this anti-depressant i used to take called Lexapro... I have experimented with dietary supplements to ssee if it could make me last longer in bed, really it hasnt worked well. i tend to masturbate alot , ill usually masturbate about once a day and there is periods where i dont do it. im 19 years old and i want to please ever woman im with. I think some of this "going to fast could be a result of me taking this non-stimulant adhd drug called Strattera. I take 80mg every morning after a meal. i tend to eat right usually , i run from time to time, i lift weights , i drink beer once in a while , i wouldnt even call myself a partier, bc i dont party that often , i have smoked ciggerates from time to time, i wouldnt even call myself a smoker, bc i only smoke when something in my life is really bad. What can I do to last longer in bed? And does the way I live my life have anyway to do with it? |
