I have Vericocele and need true advise

I was diagonised vericocele by a physician at the age of 22. A specilist sergeon (family friend) diagonised vericocele on left. He advise me to give support to testicles by Jock strap. After few months vericocele was on right side as well. It was giving me pain. I could get rid of Pain only by the way of masterbation and it becomes my routine. Report showed Vericocele affected my fertility as well (20M sperm count at Age 27). presently i am 46 years of age, unmarried, enjoying sex or masterbation in normall way. I have not checked fertility at this age. Can i get repair my Vericocele at this age so that i can marry and have child? Can any one advise me please?

i m suffering from vericocele and doctors suggested surgery for it i want a medicine so please help me out i am having contioous pain in my testicles
