I have prostate acke , also I have a prostate cyst .

I am 30 years old , and my weight is 84 kg. Size of my prostate is (41*27*23) mm and in to the prostate there is a cyst (9*6*7) .I have bad feel in my understanding. seminal vesicle is normal.capsol is intact.
These results are for my test (radiology). Pleas give me more information about my problem.
