I have a Jealosy problem

I’m 23 and my boyfriend is 25. We have been together for last 3 years. I have started having jealosy problem about a month ago. I have to say that there actually is no real reason for that, it’s al in my mind. But it really bothers me. Like I have lost my self confidence. I know that I’m becoming boring girl and that terrifies me. But how to stop it?
