Is it something i should worry about and ask my doctor?
everytime i move, cross, or uncross my legs it hurts
and when i touch it it hurts
anyone have any idea?

sounds very much like a periclitoral (not sure on the spelling) cyst. The cyst is no big deal itself, but the pain and redness means it's infected. I had this a few years ago and it is awful! I would definitely see your doctor, I don't think there's any other way to get rid of it! You have to have it drained and take antibiotics. Plus you want to be sure it's not something different.
