I have a dull ache in my lower abdominal and feel sick

I feel constantly bloated and have done for the last week along with a dull ache in my lower abdominal and feeling nausea most of the time (except for when I eat) , sometimes to the left and other times to the right side. The ache in my stomach is more noticeable when I get up from sitting. It doesnt cause me any great pain though it is noticeable.

am also having the same symptoms...my first 2 pregnancy got aborted nwv r planning for hvg a baby soon.my periouds date is on next 14th...am hvg this pain frm the beginingof this week.is it any symptom of showing that am pregnent.is this dull cramps r the symptoms of normal pregnancy...plz reply
